At Pure Class Vintage, we want you to love your purchase.
As our items are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, we kindly ask customers to read item descriptions carefully and check measurements before purchasing.
Items purchased in-store are not eligible for a refund simply because they do not fit, are the wrong colour, or the customer changes their mind. This is in accordance with UK consumer law.
At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase, provided:
- The item is returned with proof of purchase.
- The item is unworn and in the same condition as sold.
- Any tags remain attached.
Please note that all items sold by Pure Class Vintage are genuine vintage garments and, due to their age, may show signs of wear, minor imperfections, repairs, or age-related characteristics. Where possible, any significant flaws or imperfections will be highlighted at the point of sale.
Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect garments before purchasing. Once a garment has left the store, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted on the basis of imperfections, signs of wear, or other vintage characteristics that are consistent with the item’s age and condition.
By purchasing a vintage item, you acknowledge and accept that vintage clothing is unlikely to be in “as new” condition and that minor imperfections form part of its unique character and charm.
